Unsere Richtlinien sind darauf ausgelegt, sowohl Kunden als auch Profis ein zuverl\u00e4ssiges und einheitliches Erlebnis zu bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obwohl wir wissen, dass sich Zeitpl\u00e4ne schnell \u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen, kann eine kurzfristige Umplanung oder das \u00dcberspringen einer Buchung Ursachen haben <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ausnahmefall: Wenn die Reinigungskraft auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft war oder dort ankam, wird Ihnen 1 Stunde ab der Buchung in Rechnung gestellt.<\/td><\/tr>
Termin verpasst<\/strong><\/td>Ein Profi kommt zu einer geplanten Buchung, kann aber nicht eintreten und die Reinigung durchf\u00fchren<\/td>R\u00fcckerstattung nicht m\u00f6glich
Ausnahmefall: R\u00fcckerstattungen werden ber\u00fccksichtigt, wenn die Reinigungskraft mehr als 45 Minuten zu sp\u00e4t kommt oder in letzter Minute absagen muss.
