Aqu\u00ed te explicamos c\u00f3mo cancelar tu plan de limpieza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">por favor ve a <strong>Cuenta&gt; Facturaci\u00f3n&gt; Planes&gt; Cancelar plan<\/strong> para cancelar su plan.&nbsp;<br>Para reservas individuales: cancela gratis hasta 24 horas antes de tu limpieza. Las cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n tienen un cargo de $20, y las cancelaciones con menos de 12 horas de antelaci\u00f3n no son reembolsables. Los planes (semanales, quincenales, trimestrales o mensuales) tienen un m\u00ednimo de 10 limpiezas. Si cancelas tu plan antes de la d\u00e9cima limpieza, se aplicar\u00e1 un cargo de cancelaci\u00f3n de $40. Despu\u00e9s de 10 limpiezas, puedes cancelar tu plan gratis.<br><br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes<\/span><\/strong> Puedes pausar tu plan una vez al mes, sin coste alguno, para que no se realicen nuevas reservas ese mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nota:<\/strong>&nbsp;Si no vuelves a pausar tu plan, tus reservas se reanudar\u00e1n autom\u00e1ticamente. En ese caso, se aplicar\u00e1n las normas de cancelaci\u00f3n habituales: se cobrar\u00e1 una tarifa de $20 si cancelas con menos de 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n y no se realizar\u00e1 ning\u00fan
