Los horarios pueden cambiar, pero cancelar o reprogramar con poca antelaci\u00f3n implica que los limpiadores pierdan el trabajo que ten\u00edan previsto, por lo que se aplican algunas normas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n y reembolso de un vistazo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s de 24 horas antes:<\/strong> gratis.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>En 24 horas:<\/strong> Tarifa $20 (20 \u00a3 para reservas en el Reino Unido).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>En un plazo de 12 horas:<\/strong> No hay reembolso.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo cancelar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>En la tarjeta de reserva, toque el <strong>\u22ee<\/strong> (tres puntos) en la esquina superior derecha, junto al precio.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Grifo <strong>Cancelar trabajo<\/strong> y confirmar.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otras opciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Reprogramar en su lugar:<\/strong> La reprogramaci\u00f3n es gratuita. No se puede reprogramar una vez que el personal de limpieza est\u00e9 en camino, haya llegado o est\u00e9 limpiando. Si se reprograma una reserva m\u00e1s de 4 veces, se aplicar\u00e1 una tarifa de $20.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bfCambiaste de opini\u00f3n?<\/strong> Grifo <strong>Revertir<\/strong> En el trabajo cancelado, para volver a incluirlo en el cronograma. Si pag\u00f3 la tarifa de cancelaci\u00f3n tard\u00eda $20, al revertirla se le reembolsar\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Citas perdidas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la persona que realiza la limpieza llega a la cita programada pero no puede entrar para limpiar, se considera una cita perdida y no se reembolsar\u00e1 el importe. Aseg\u00farese de que la persona que realiza la limpieza pueda entrar dentro del horario establecido. Las reservas de limpieza de casas, apartamentos y tareas dom\u00e9sticas utilizan estos horarios: Ma\u00f1ana (9:00-11:00), Tarde (11:00-15:00), Noche (15:00-18:00) o En cualquier momento (9:00-18:00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planes recurrentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los planes tienen un m\u00ednimo de 10 limpiezas. Cancelar un plan antes de la d\u00e9cima limpieza cuesta $40. Despu\u00e9s de eso, es gratis. Nuestra Garant\u00eda de Satisfacci\u00f3n de 48 horas le ofrece la tranquilidad de que, si algo no estuvo bien, puede comunic\u00e1rnoslo en un plazo de 48 horas tras la limpieza, adjuntando fotos y
