Grifo <strong>qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 incluido<\/strong> para ver qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 marcado.<\/li>\n<li>Elige una fecha y un limpiador, a\u00f1ade los detalles y reserva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 comprobado?<\/h2>\n<p>La lista de verificaci\u00f3n para la inspecci\u00f3n de alquileres a corto plazo solicita fotograf\u00edas en cada paso:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A su llegada:<\/strong> una foto que muestre el n\u00famero de la unidad o casa, una revisi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida para detectar da\u00f1os o art\u00edculos faltantes y fotos de cada habitaci\u00f3n antes de su transformaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recorrido:<\/strong> luces, ventanas, termostato, puertas y cerraduras, y cualquier olor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cocina, ba\u00f1os, dormitorios y salas de estar:<\/strong> Superficies limpias, electrodom\u00e9sticos, accesorios, suelos, camas hechas y toallas preparadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ventanas y detalles:<\/strong> Ventanas interiores, puertas de vidrio, z\u00f3calos, manijas de puertas, rejillas de ventilaci\u00f3n y ventiladores de techo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detalles finales:<\/strong> Se dispone de suministros b\u00e1sicos como papel higi\u00e9nico, toallas de papel, caf\u00e9 y jab\u00f3n; las luces, los interruptores y los electrodom\u00e9sticos funcionan; se anotan los da\u00f1os, los art\u00edculos faltantes o los problemas de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Basura y ropa sucia:<\/strong> Se retir\u00f3 la basura, se reemplazaron las bolsas de basura y se recogieron las s\u00e1banas y toallas usadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inventario:<\/strong> una revisi\u00f3n de la ropa de cama y las toallas que quedaron en la habitaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Antes de partir:<\/strong> Las llaves se dejaron donde deb\u00edan (junto con una foto), las luces se apagaron y las puertas se cerraron con llave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>D\u00f3nde ver los resultados<\/h2>\n<p>Su informe de inspecci\u00f3n y las fotos est\u00e1n en la p\u00e1gina de fotos del antes y el despu\u00e9s del trabajo.
