Elegibilidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Volumen M\u00ednimo Semanal. Para optar al programa Cleanster Pay Later, debe procesar un m\u00ednimo de $5,000 (USD\/CAD\/GBP, seg\u00fan corresponda) en reservas semanales a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Estado de la cuenta. Su cuenta debe estar al d\u00eda, sin saldos pendientes, contracargos ni disputas. Cleanster se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar su acceso a Pagar Despu\u00e9s si no cumple con los requisitos de elegibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Condiciones de pago<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Emisi\u00f3n de facturas. Cleanster emitir\u00e1 facturas a los participantes de Pago Posterior seg\u00fan los servicios completados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Pagos con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. Si selecciona la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito como m\u00e9todo de pago, los cargos se procesar\u00e1n en un plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la emisi\u00f3n de la factura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Pagos bancarios ACH\/EFT. Si selecciona transferencia bancaria ACH o EFT, el pago deber\u00e1 realizarse dentro de los siete (7) d\u00edas calendario siguientes a la emisi\u00f3n de la factura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Pagos atrasados. Cualquier pago atrasado puede resultar en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n o terminaci\u00f3n de los privilegios de Pagar Despu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cargos por pagos atrasados acumulados a [insertar tasa de inter\u00e9s, por ejemplo, 3% por mes o el m\u00e1ximo permitido por la ley].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cargo inmediato a tu m\u00e9todo de pago almacenado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Autorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al inscribirse en Pagar despu\u00e9s, usted autoriza a Cleanster (o su procesador de pagos de terceros, incluidos Stripe o PaymentRails\/Trolley) a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Iniciar cargos a tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la emisi\u00f3n de la factura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debite su cuenta bancaria v\u00eda ACH\/EFT dentro de los siete (7) d\u00edas posteriores a la emisi\u00f3n de la factura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobre autom\u00e1ticamente cualquier importe vencido utilizando su m\u00e9todo de pago predeterminado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Valores predeterminados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Incumplimiento. El incumplimiento del pago puntual constituye un incumplimiento sustancial del presente Acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Remedios. Cleanster se reserva el derecho a interponer cualquier recurso legal, incluyendo la suspensi\u00f3n de servicios, acciones de cobro y la recuperaci\u00f3n de honorarios y costas legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Modificaciones del programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cleanster puede modificar o cancelar el programa &quot;Pagar Despu\u00e9s&quot; en cualquier momento, mediante notificaci\u00f3n por correo electr\u00f3nico o a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma. El uso continuado del programa &quot;Pagar Despu\u00e9s&quot; despu\u00e9s de la notificaci\u00f3n constituye la aceptaci\u00f3n de los t\u00e9rminos actualizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Ley aplicable y resoluci\u00f3n de disputas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este Acuerdo se regir\u00e1 por las leyes de Delaware, EE. UU. (para usuarios estadounidenses), Ontario, Canad\u00e1 (para usuarios canadienses) o Inglaterra y Gales (para usuarios del Reino Unido), seg\u00fan corresponda, sin referencia a los principios de conflicto de leyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las disputas se resolver\u00e1n mediante arbitraje vinculante (cuando lo permita la ley) o mediaci\u00f3n antes del litigio, seg\u00fan lo dispuesto en los Acuerdos de usuario generales de Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Varios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Divisibilidad. Si alguna disposici\u00f3n se declara inv\u00e1lida, las dem\u00e1s disposiciones conservar\u00e1n su plena vigencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cesi\u00f3n. No podr\u00e1 ceder sus derechos ni obligaciones de Pago Posterior sin el consentimiento previo por escrito de Cleanster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acuerdo completo.
