Bien que nous sachions que les horaires peuvent changer rapidement, le report ou le saut d'une r\u00e9servation \u00e0 court pr\u00e9avis entra\u00eene <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cas exceptionnel : Des remboursements seront envisag\u00e9s si le nettoyeur arrive avec plus de 45 minutes de retard ou doit annuler \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute.
