Il n&#039;est pas possible de reporter le rendez-vous une fois que votre agent d&#039;entretien est en route, arriv\u00e9 ou en cours de nettoyage. Si une r\u00e9servation est report\u00e9e plus de 4 fois, des frais de $20 s&#039;appliquent.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Vous avez chang\u00e9 d&#039;avis ?<\/strong> Robinet <strong>Revenir<\/strong> Pour reprogrammer une t\u00e2che annul\u00e9e, veuillez la remettre \u00e0 l&#039;horaire. Si vous avez pay\u00e9 les frais d&#039;annulation tardive $20, ceux-ci vous seront rembours\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendez-vous manqu\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre femme de m\u00e9nage arrive pour un rendez-vous programm\u00e9 mais ne peut pas entrer pour effectuer le nettoyage, cela sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un rendez-vous manqu\u00e9 et ne sera pas rembours\u00e9. Assurez-vous que votre femme de m\u00e9nage puisse entrer pendant le cr\u00e9neau horaire que vous avez choisi. Les r\u00e9servations pour maisons, appartements et t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res utilisent les cr\u00e9neaux horaires suivants\u00a0: Matin (9h00-11h00), Apr\u00e8s-midi (11h00-15h00), Soir (15h00-18h00) ou \u00c0 tout moment (9h00-18h00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plans r\u00e9currents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les forfaits comprennent un minimum de 10 nettoyages. Notre garantie satisfaction 48\u00a0h vous couvre\u00a0: si quelque chose ne vous a pas convenu, signalez-le-nous dans les 48\u00a0heures suivant le nettoyage, avec des photos et une br\u00e8ve
