{"id":735,"date":"2026-10-19T13:52:24","date_gmt":"2026-10-19T13:52:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.cleanster.com\/how-to-switch-profiles\/"},"modified":"2026-10-19T13:52:24","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T13:52:24","slug":"how-to-switch-profiles","status":"publish","type":"help","link":"https:\/\/help.cleanster.com\/fr\/how-to-switch-profiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment changer de profil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous appartenez \u00e0 plusieurs profils, comme votre propre compte et celui d&#039;une \u00e9quipe d&#039;entreprise, vous pouvez passer de l&#039;un \u00e0 l&#039;autre en un clic.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous vous \u00eates inscrit \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/app.cleanster.com\/signup\">app.cleanster.com\/signup<\/a>, vous avez choisi ce que vous voulez faire :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trouver des nettoyeurs (Place de march\u00e9)<\/strong> \u2014 R\u00e9servez les services de nettoyage Cleanster pour vos propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Travailler avec mes prestataires de nettoyage actuels (SaaS)<\/strong> \u2014 G\u00e9rez les agents de nettoyage avec lesquels vous travaillez d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans l&#039;application Cleanster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces choix apparaissent comme <strong>March\u00e9<\/strong> ou alors <strong>SaaS<\/strong> des \u00e9tiquettes sur chaque profil.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Appuyez sur l&#039;ic\u00f4ne de votre profil (en haut \u00e0 gauche de l&#039;\u00e9cran R\u00e9servations).<\/li>\n<li>Votre profil actuel se trouve en haut, avec les \u00e9tiquettes <strong>March\u00e9<\/strong> ou alors <strong>SaaS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sous <strong>Changer de compte<\/strong>, appuyez sur le profil souhait\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser <strong>Recherche<\/strong> si vous avez plusieurs profils, ou appuyez sur <strong>X<\/strong> fermer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir :<\/strong> Les r\u00e9servations, les listes de t\u00e2ches, les re\u00e7us et les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe sont associ\u00e9s au profil que vous utilisez.
