\u2022 Un rapport de votre coll\u00e8gue de nettoyage.
\u2022 Votre compte a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant potentiellement frauduleux.
\u2022 Aucune m\u00e9thode de paiement par d\u00e9faut n'est configur\u00e9e.
\u2022 Ne pas t\u00e9l\u00e9charger de photos avant et apr\u00e8s ou ne pas suivre les instructions de la liste de contr\u00f4le du client.

2. Combien de temps mon paiement sera-t-il suspendu ?<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n

La dur\u00e9e de la suspension d\u00e9pend du motif. Voici les d\u00e9lais standards :<\/p>\n

\u2022 Jusqu'\u00e0 30 jours pour :
\u2022 T\u00e2ches incompl\u00e8tes ou retenues initi\u00e9es par le client.
\u2022 Rapports d\u2019un co-nettoyeur.
\u2022 Ne pas t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les photos requises ou suivre les instructions de la liste de contr\u00f4le.
\u2022 Jusqu'\u00e0 90 jours pour :
\u2022 Signalement de fraude sur votre compte.
\u2022 Mises \u00e0 jour des v\u00e9rifications des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents.
\u2022 Jusqu'\u00e0 120 jours pour :
\u2022 Aucune photo de profil professionnelle approuv\u00e9e sur votre compte.
\u2022 14 jours pour les probl\u00e8mes hors de ces cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

3. Que se passe-t-il si mon compte a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pour fraude ?<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n

Si votre compte a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pour fraude, l'enqu\u00eate et la r\u00e9solution du probl\u00e8me peuvent prendre jusqu'\u00e0 90 jours. Pendant ce temps, les paiements resteront suspendus.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

5. Que faire si j\u2019oublie de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger des photos avant et apr\u00e8s ?<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n

Le fait de ne pas t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les photos requises ou de ne pas suivre les instructions de la liste de contr\u00f4le du client peut entra\u00eener un blocage du paiement. Pour \u00e9viter les retards de paiement, assurez-vous de :<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintenez votre v\u00e9rification des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents \u00e0 jour.
\u2022 D\u00e9finir une m\u00e9thode de paiement par d\u00e9faut.
\u2022 Terminez toutes les t\u00e2ches et t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez les photos requises.
