Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du service Cleanster Pay Later, vous devez traiter un minimum de $5\u00a0000 (USD\/CAD\/GBP, selon le cas) de r\u00e9servations hebdomadaires via la plateforme Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 \u00c9tat du compte. Votre compte doit rester en r\u00e8gle, sans solde impay\u00e9, r\u00e9trofacturation ni litige. Cleanster se r\u00e9serve le droit de suspendre ou de r\u00e9silier votre acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Pay Later si vous ne remplissez pas les conditions d&#039;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Conditions de paiement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 \u00c9mission des factures. Cleanster \u00e9mettra des factures aux participants au programme de paiement diff\u00e9r\u00e9 en fonction des services rendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Paiements par carte de cr\u00e9dit. Si vous choisissez la carte de cr\u00e9dit comme mode de paiement, les frais seront trait\u00e9s dans les quarante-huit (48) heures suivant l&#039;\u00e9mission de la facture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Paiements bancaires ACH\/EFT. Si vous choisissez le virement bancaire ACH ou EFT, le paiement est d\u00fb dans les sept (7) jours calendaires suivant l&#039;\u00e9mission de la facture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Retards de paiement. Tout retard de paiement peut entra\u00eener\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspension ou r\u00e9siliation des privil\u00e8ges Pay Later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frais de retard accumul\u00e9s \u00e0 [ins\u00e9rer le taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, par exemple, 3% par mois ou le maximum autoris\u00e9 par la loi].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9bit imm\u00e9diat sur votre moyen de paiement enregistr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Autorisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vous inscrivant \u00e0 Pay Later, vous autorisez Cleanster (ou son processeur de paiement tiers, y compris Stripe ou PaymentRails\/Trolley) \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lancez les frais de carte de cr\u00e9dit dans les 48 heures suivant l\u2019\u00e9mission de la facture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9bitez votre compte bancaire via ACH\/EFT dans les sept (7) jours suivant l&#039;\u00e9mission de la facture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collectez automatiquement tous les montants en souffrance en utilisant votre mode de paiement par d\u00e9faut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Valeurs par d\u00e9faut<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Violation. Le d\u00e9faut de paiement dans les d\u00e9lais constitue une violation substantielle du pr\u00e9sent Contrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Recours. Cleanster se r\u00e9serve le droit d&#039;exercer tout recours l\u00e9gal, y compris la suspension des services, les actions de recouvrement et le recouvrement des honoraires et frais d&#039;avocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Modifications du programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cleanster peut modifier ou interrompre le programme Pay Later \u00e0 tout moment, moyennant un pr\u00e9avis par courriel ou via la plateforme. L&#039;utilisation continue du programme Pay Later apr\u00e8s notification vaut acceptation des conditions mises \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Loi applicable et r\u00e8glement des litiges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent Contrat sera r\u00e9gi par les lois du Delaware, \u00c9tats-Unis (pour les utilisateurs am\u00e9ricains), de l&#039;Ontario, Canada (pour les utilisateurs canadiens) ou de l&#039;Angleterre et du Pays de Galles (pour les utilisateurs britanniques), selon le cas, sans r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux principes de conflit de lois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les litiges seront r\u00e9solus par arbitrage ex\u00e9cutoire (lorsque la loi le permet) ou par m\u00e9diation avant le litige, comme pr\u00e9vu dans les accords g\u00e9n\u00e9raux d&#039;utilisation de Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
