How to automate your cleaning with iGMS

If this is your first time using Cleanster.com, you are about to connect a single app to book cleanings with automatic assignments, delegation, and acceptance. No more waiting to see if your property will be ready for your next guest.

First Timers: On Cleanster.com (mobile or web app): Log in (or sign up)You must have a Cleanster.com account to integrate with Cleanster.com1. Click ‘Book now!’ on the mobile app, or ‘New Booking’ on the web app.2. Choose ‘Short-Term Rental’.3. Select ‘Connect to PMS’.4. Find ‘IGMS’ and click ‘Connect’.5. Select the property you want to connect 6. Choose the property or properties you’d like to connect and click ‘Add’.7. Confirm the property details. If you’d like cleaning to be booked automatically, make sure you toggle ‘Activate auto-booking’ on. Click ‘Save’. For existing users with an account on Cleanster.com, simply log in:  1. Go to the <account> 2. Then check on your <properties> 3. Select the property you want to connect to iGMS and click on the 3 dots. 4. Then click modify 5. Select <connections> and click on <Connect to PMS> 6. Search for iGMS and click <connect> 7. Log in to your iGMS account  8. Select the property you want to connect 9. Choose the property or properties you’d like to connect and click ‘Add’. 10. Confirm the property details. If you’d like cleaning to be booked automatically, make sure you toggle ‘Activate auto-booking’ on. Click ‘Save’
