How to Remove a Cleaner from a Booking

Want a different cleaner for an upcoming booking? Here’s how to remove a cleaner from your booking.

1. On the booking card, tap the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the price.
2. Tap Remove Cleaner.
3. Confirm. The button now reads Assign Cleaner, so you can add someone else if you like.

Good to know: Removing a cleaner is free until they tap On My Way. You’ll also see this option if you start to cancel a booking.

Your cleaner only sees your general area until they’re booked, and access details stay hidden until they tap Arrived.
