Gli orari possono subire variazioni, ma cancellare o riprogrammare con breve preavviso significa che gli addetti alle pulizie perdono il lavoro che avevano programmato, quindi si applicano alcune regole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politica di cancellazione e rimborso in sintesi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Pi\u00f9 di 24 ore prima:<\/strong> gratuito.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Entro 24 ore:<\/strong> Tariffa $20 (\u00a320 per prenotazioni nel Regno Unito).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Entro 12 ore:<\/strong> Nessun rimborso.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come annullare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Sulla scheda di prenotazione, toccare il <strong>\u22ee<\/strong> (tre puntini) nell&#039;angolo in alto a destra, accanto al prezzo.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Rubinetto <strong>Annulla lavoro<\/strong> e confermare.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Altre opzioni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Ripianifica invece:<\/strong> Riprogrammare \u00e8 gratuito. Non \u00e8 possibile riprogrammare una volta che l&#039;addetto alle pulizie \u00e8 in arrivo, arrivato o sta effettuando le pulizie. Se una prenotazione viene riprogrammata pi\u00f9 di 4 volte, viene applicata una tariffa di $20.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Hai cambiato idea?<\/strong> Rubinetto <strong>Ripristina<\/strong> sull&#039;ordine annullato per rimetterlo in programma. Se hai pagato la penale per annullamento tardivo $20, l&#039;annullamento ti rimborser\u00e0 l&#039;importo.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appuntamenti mancati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se l&#039;addetto alle pulizie arriva per un appuntamento programmato ma non riesce ad entrare per effettuare le pulizie, l&#039;appuntamento viene considerato mancato e non \u00e8 previsto alcun rimborso. Assicurati che l&#039;addetto alle pulizie possa entrare durante la fascia oraria di arrivo concordata. Le prenotazioni per case, appartamenti e servizi di pulizia domestica utilizzano le seguenti fasce orarie: Mattina (9:00-11:00), Pomeriggio (11:00-15:00), Sera (15:00-18:00) o In qualsiasi momento (9:00-18:00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piani ricorrenti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I piani prevedono un minimo di 10 pulizie. La cancellazione di un piano prima della decima pulizia costa $40. Dopodich\u00e9, \u00e8 gratuita.
