Idoneit\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Volume minimo settimanale. Per qualificarsi per Cleanster Pay Later, \u00e8 necessario elaborare un minimo di $5.000 (USD\/CAD\/GBP, a seconda dei casi) in prenotazioni settimanali tramite la piattaforma Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Stato dell&#039;account. Il tuo account deve rimanere in regola, senza saldi in sospeso, storni o controversie. Cleanster si riserva il diritto di sospendere o interrompere l&#039;accesso al servizio Paga dopo qualora non si soddisfino i requisiti di idoneit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Condizioni di pagamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Emissione della fattura. Cleanster emetter\u00e0 fatture ai partecipanti al programma Pay Later in base ai servizi completati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Pagamenti con carta di credito. Se selezioni la carta di credito come metodo di pagamento, gli addebiti verranno elaborati entro quarantotto (48) ore dall&#039;emissione della fattura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Pagamenti bancari ACH\/EFT. Se si seleziona il trasferimento bancario ACH o EFT, il pagamento \u00e8 dovuto entro sette (7) giorni di calendario dall&#039;emissione della fattura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Ritardi nei pagamenti. Eventuali ritardi nei pagamenti possono comportare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sospensione o cessazione dei privilegi di pagamento posticipato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioni di mora maturate pari a [inserire tasso di interesse, ad esempio 3% al mese o il massimo consentito dalla legge].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addebito immediato sul metodo di pagamento memorizzato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Autorizzazione<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrandoti a Pay Later, autorizzi Cleanster (o il suo processore di pagamento di terze parti, tra cui Stripe o PaymentRails\/Trolley) a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avviare gli addebiti sulla carta di credito entro 48 ore dall&#039;emissione della fattura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addebitare sul tuo conto bancario tramite ACH\/EFT entro sette (7) giorni dall&#039;emissione della fattura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riscuoti automaticamente gli importi scaduti utilizzando il tuo metodo di pagamento predefinito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Impostazioni predefinite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Violazione. Il mancato pagamento tempestivo costituisce una violazione sostanziale del presente Contratto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Rimedi. Cleanster si riserva il diritto di intraprendere qualsiasi rimedio legale, tra cui la sospensione dei servizi, azioni di riscossione e il recupero delle spese legali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Modifiche al programma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cleanster pu\u00f2 modificare o interrompere il programma &quot;Paga dopo&quot; in qualsiasi momento, previa comunicazione via e-mail o tramite la piattaforma. L&#039;utilizzo continuato del programma &quot;Paga dopo&quot; dopo la comunicazione costituisce accettazione dei termini aggiornati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Legge applicabile e risoluzione delle controversie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il presente Contratto sar\u00e0 regolato dalle leggi del Delaware, USA (per gli utenti statunitensi), dell&#039;Ontario, Canada (per gli utenti canadesi) o dell&#039;Inghilterra e Galles (per gli utenti del Regno Unito), a seconda dei casi, senza riferimento ai principi di conflitto di leggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le controversie saranno risolte tramite arbitrato vincolante (ove consentito dalla legge) o mediazione prima del contenzioso, come previsto dagli Accordi generali per gli utenti di Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Varie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clausola di salvaguardia. Qualora una qualsiasi disposizione venga ritenuta invalida, le restanti disposizioni rimarranno pienamente valide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cessione. Non \u00e8 possibile cedere i propri diritti o obblighi di pagamento posticipato senza il previo consenso scritto di Cleanster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intero accordo. I presenti Termini, unitamente agli accordi a cui si fa riferimento, costituiscono l&#039;intero accordo che regola il servizio Paga Dopo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
