Elegibilidade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Volume Semanal M\u00ednimo. Para se qualificar para o Cleanster Pay Later, voc\u00ea deve processar um m\u00ednimo de $5.000 (USD\/CAD\/GBP, conforme aplic\u00e1vel) em reservas semanais atrav\u00e9s da plataforma Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 Situa\u00e7\u00e3o da conta. Sua conta deve estar em situa\u00e7\u00e3o regular, sem saldos pendentes, estornos ou contesta\u00e7\u00f5es. A Cleanster reserva-se o direito de suspender ou encerrar seu acesso ao Pagar Depois caso voc\u00ea n\u00e3o atenda aos requisitos de elegibilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Emiss\u00e3o de Faturas. A Cleanster emitir\u00e1 faturas aos participantes do programa Pagar Depois com base nos servi\u00e7os conclu\u00eddos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Pagamentos com Cart\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito. Se voc\u00ea selecionar cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito como forma de pagamento, as cobran\u00e7as ser\u00e3o processadas em at\u00e9 quarenta e oito (48) horas ap\u00f3s a emiss\u00e3o da fatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Pagamentos via ACH\/EFT. Se voc\u00ea selecionar transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria ACH ou EFT, o pagamento dever\u00e1 ser efetuado em at\u00e9 sete (7) dias corridos a partir da emiss\u00e3o da fatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Atrasos nos pagamentos. Quaisquer atrasos nos pagamentos podem resultar em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspens\u00e3o ou t\u00e9rmino dos privil\u00e9gios de Pagar Depois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxas de atraso acumuladas em [inserir taxa de juros, por exemplo, 3% por m\u00eas ou o m\u00e1ximo permitido por lei].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobran\u00e7a imediata no seu m\u00e9todo de pagamento armazenado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao se inscrever no Pagar Depois, voc\u00ea autoriza a Cleanster (ou seu processador de pagamento terceirizado, incluindo Stripe ou PaymentRails\/Trolley) a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inicie as cobran\u00e7as no cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito em at\u00e9 48 horas ap\u00f3s a emiss\u00e3o da fatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debite sua conta banc\u00e1ria via ACH\/EFT dentro de sete (7) dias da emiss\u00e3o da fatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrar quaisquer valores em atraso automaticamente usando seu m\u00e9todo de pagamento padr\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Padr\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Viola\u00e7\u00e3o. A n\u00e3o realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamentos pontuais constitui uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o material deste Contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Recursos. A Cleanster reserva-se o direito de buscar quaisquer recursos legais, incluindo suspens\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, a\u00e7\u00f5es de cobran\u00e7a e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de honor\u00e1rios advocat\u00edcios e custas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Modifica\u00e7\u00f5es do programa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Cleanster pode modificar ou descontinuar o programa Pague Depois a qualquer momento, mediante notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por e-mail ou notifica\u00e7\u00e3o na plataforma. O uso cont\u00ednuo do Pague Depois ap\u00f3s a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o constitui aceita\u00e7\u00e3o dos termos atualizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Lei Aplic\u00e1vel e Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Disputas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este Contrato ser\u00e1 regido pelas leis de Delaware, EUA (para usu\u00e1rios dos EUA), Ont\u00e1rio, Canad\u00e1 (para usu\u00e1rios canadenses) ou Inglaterra e Pa\u00eds de Gales (para usu\u00e1rios do Reino Unido), conforme aplic\u00e1vel, sem refer\u00eancia aos princ\u00edpios de conflito de leis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As disputas ser\u00e3o resolvidas por meio de arbitragem vinculativa (quando permitido por lei) ou media\u00e7\u00e3o antes do lit\u00edgio, conforme previsto nos Contratos gerais do Usu\u00e1rio da Cleanster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Diversos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Divisibilidade. Se qualquer disposi\u00e7\u00e3o for considerada inv\u00e1lida, as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es restantes permanecer\u00e3o em pleno vigor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cess\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode ceder seus direitos ou obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de Pagar Depois sem o consentimento pr\u00e9vio por escrito da Cleanster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contrato Integral.
