Follow the steps below to apply it to your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before You Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You need a Cleanster account to use a promo code. If you don&#8217;t have one yet,&nbsp;<strong>sign up first<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral codes are not promo codes.<\/strong>&nbsp;Please don&#8217;t enter a referral code in the promo code field &#8211; it won&#8217;t work there. Referral codes have their own redemption process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Sign Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create your Cleanster account (if you haven&#8217;t already).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in and set up your booking as usual &#8211; choose your service, date, and details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Apply Your Promo Code at Checkout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continue through the booking flow until you reach the&nbsp;<strong>Checkout<\/strong>&nbsp;page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Use Promo Code<\/strong>&nbsp;and enter your code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a payment method before checking out (a card is required to complete the booking).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete your checkout &#8211; the promo code discount will be reflected in your total.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I Combine a Promo Code With Other Discounts?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes &#8211; you can use a&nbsp;<strong>promo code and a Cleanster Voucher together<\/strong>&nbsp;on the same booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); white-space: normal;\">How does expiration date for promo code work?<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My code isn&#8217;t working.<\/strong>&nbsp;Double-check that you&#8217;re entering a promo code and not a referral code &#8211; referral codes can&#8217;t be used in the promo code field. Also make sure the code hasn&#8217;t expired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Still having trouble?<\/strong>&nbsp;Reach out to our support team and we&#8217;ll be happy to help.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Does my coupon expire before I can use my cleaning?&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No &#8211; the expiry date only refers to when the code must be applied at checkout. The cleaning itself can be scheduled for any date after that, even weeks later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Can I apply the code now and book a cleaning for next month?&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes &#8211; as long as the code is entered and accepted during checkout before the expiry date, the actual service date can fall outside that window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0What happens if I try to apply the code after it expires?&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will reject it at checkout.
