How Do I Rate My Cleaner?
Your rating helps us keep improving Cleanster. Here’s how to rate your cleaner.
- Go to Booking > PAST.
- On the completed job, tap Tip.
- Tap the stars (1 to 5).
- Tap SUBMIT, or add a tip and tap Pay.
Can I change my rating?
Ratings can’t be edited in the app. If you need to change one or report a problem, open the job’s receipt (⋮ > View Receipt) and tap HELP.
