CleansterPro Co-Cleaner Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- Primary Cleaner: A professional cleaner registered with CleansterPro who books and manages jobs directly through the platform.
- Co-Cleaner: An individual invited by a Primary Cleaner to assist in completing jobs.
- Client: The property owner, manager, or tenant who books cleaning services through Cleanster.com.
- Platform: The CleansterPro mobile app and related systems used to book, manage, and pay for cleaning services.
2. Relationship of Parties
- Co-Cleaners are deemed to work under the supervision and direction of the Primary Cleaner as part of the Primary Cleaner’s business, team, or company.
- Co-Cleaners are not employees, contractors, or agents of Cleanster.com. Cleanster’s role is limited to providing the technology platform .
3. Responsibility for Payment
- The Primary Cleaner is solely responsible for compensating Co-Cleaners.
- Cleanster.com will not process direct payments to Co-Cleaners. All payments are made to the Primary Cleaner, who must handle distribution.
- Failure of the Primary Cleaner to pay a Co-Cleaner is a matter between them and does not create liability for Cleanster.com.
4. Job Completion & Review
- The Primary Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that Co-Cleaners complete the assigned tasks to the required quality standards.
- Clients may leave ratings/reviews for the job as a whole; the Primary Cleaner is accountable for the performance of their Co-Cleaners.
- Repeated poor reviews, job failures, or misconduct by a Co-Cleaner may result in suspension or removal of the Primary Cleaner’s account.
5. Liability & Indemnification
- The Primary Cleaner assumes all liability for the actions, omissions, or damages caused by Co-Cleaners they invite.
- Co-Cleaners must comply with applicable laws, health & safety standards, and client property rules.
- Primary Cleaners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cleanster.com from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the conduct of Co-Cleaners .
6. Insurance
- Cleanster.com does not provide workers’ compensation, liability, or other insurance coverage for Co-Cleaners.
- The Primary Cleaner is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for themselves and their Co-Cleaners, where required by law or contract.
7. Confidentiality & Conduct
- Co-Cleaners must respect client confidentiality, property, and security at all times.
- Theft, misconduct, or breach of confidentiality will be grounds for immediate removal of both the Co-Cleaner and potentially the Primary Cleaner from the platform.
8. Compliance with Platform Rules
- Co-Cleaners must meet Cleanster’s background check requirements and comply with Cleanster.com’s professional standards .
- The Primary Cleaner is responsible for ensuring Co-Cleaners comply with all CleansterPro rules, policies, and agreements.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes between Primary Cleaners and Co-Cleaners must be resolved directly between them.
- Cleanster.com may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.
- Disputes involving Clients remain governed by Cleanster.com’s User Agreements .
10. Termination
- Cleanster.com reserves the right to remove Co-Cleaners or disable Primary Cleaner accounts where misuse, non-payment, misconduct, or repeated client complaints occur.
- Primary Cleaners may remove Co-Cleaners from their team at any time.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Primary Cleaner is registered (USA, Canada, or UK), subject to arbitration or mediation requirements set forth in the applicable Professional Agreement .
