Which Cleaning Do I Need?

• Standard Cleaning: routine cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. For short-term rentals, this is your turnover between guests.
• Deep Cleaning: a more detailed clean, including appliances and buildup.
• Move-Out Cleaning: a full clean of an empty home or office when you move or a lease ends.
• Make-Ready Cleaning (apartments): turnover cleaning to get a unit ready for new tenants.
• Unit Inspection (short-term rentals): a check that the unit is guest-ready.
• Luxury Cleaning: for luxury homes, condos and vacation rentals.
• Chores: one or more single tasks, like a bathroom quick clean or removing pet hair.
