How to Book Chores

Chores are single tasks you can book on their own, like a bathroom quick clean, vacuuming, watering plants or removing pet hair.

1. In the Cleanster app, choose Chores.
2. Confirm your address.
3. A Great News! screen shows a map of the cleaners near you. Tap Next.
4. Browse by category or search, and tap + on each chore. Each one shows its price and estimated time.
5. Tap View cart to review. Use the trash icon to remove a chore, or + to add another.
6. Choose How Often: One time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Every 3 weeks or Monthly.
7. Pick a date. Chores have an arrival window of 8 AM to 8 PM, and your cleaner arrives within that window.
8. Choose a cleaner from the Marketplace tab, or switch to My Cleaners to pick someone you’ve booked before. Tap View profile to learn more, then Choose me. You can also tap Skip and let Cleanster pick a cleaner for you.
9. Review your Booking Summary, choose a payment method (or Pay Later) and tap Book.

Good to know: Supplies aren’t included for most chores. Have them on hand, or note what you need. Pet tasks are always booked as Chores. Chores bookings have a $50 minimum, so add chores until your cart reaches $50.

If a chore takes longer than expected, your cleaner will let you know and you can approve extra time.
