Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning

Moving? A Move-Out Cleaning gets an empty home ready to hand back or move into.

1. In the Cleanster app, choose House, Apartment & Condo or Office/Common Area.
2. Enter the address.
3. Choose Move-Out Cleaning. Tap what’s included to see the checklist.
4. Pick a date (the arrival window is 8 AM to 8 PM), then a cleaner.
5. Add rooms, bathrooms and hours, plus any extras, then book.

What’s included

A full clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, including inside cabinets, appliances and baseboards.

Before the cleaning

• Make sure water and power are on.
• Share access details (fob, buzzer or lockbox) in the booking notes.
• Add parking or loading info.

Good to know: There’s no separate Move-In option. Moving in rather than out? Book a Move-Out Cleaning for the empty home. The clean follows our standard checklist, so list any landlord requirements in your notes; we can’t guarantee you’ll pass an inspection.
