Primary and Backup Cleaners

Set a Primary cleaner and one or more Backup cleaners for each property, so your bookings are covered even when your main cleaner is busy.

1. On the booking card, tap the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the price.
2. Tap Assign Cleaner, then Add Cleaner.
3. Tap Add next to a cleaner and choose whether to save them as a favourite for this property.
4. New cleaners start as Backup. Set Primary to Yes to make one your main cleaner.
5. Tap Assign.

Good to know: Each property has one Primary cleaner and can have several Backups.

If your assigned cleaner cancels, a backup cleaner covers the job.
