Can I bring someone with me to a job?

When a customer books a service with Cleanster they expect a single cleaner and may prefer not to have multiple individuals in their home.

If you plan to bring an additional co-cleaner, it is essential to inform the customer in advance. If the customer does not approve of an additional person, we recommend completing the job alone.

Our app features a function called “Add a Co-Cleaner.” You can invite a co-cleaner by entering their email address. Once they accept the invitation, you may assign them to the booking. Please note that the co-cleaner does not require a background check, provided that you, the account holder, have completed one.

As the provider, you are responsible for your co-cleaner’s actions and must ensure that they have no negative records and possess extensive experience in cleaning homes, Airbnb properties, and offices.

If you receive customer approval to include an assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that your co-cleaner meets all necessary standards and qualifications.
