Can I bring someone with me to a job?
Thinking of bringing someone to a job? When a client books a service with Cleanster, they expect a single cleaner and may prefer not to have multiple people in their home.
Ask the client first
If you plan to bring a co-cleaner, tell the client in advance. You can call or chat with them through the app. If the client doesn’t approve an extra person, we recommend completing the job alone.
How to add a co-cleaner
- In the app, use Add a Co-Cleaner and enter their email address.
- Once they accept the invitation, assign them to the booking.
Every co-cleaner must complete their own full background check and activation steps before they can work jobs.
Your responsibilities when you bring someone to a job
As the provider, you’re responsible for your co-cleaner’s actions. Make sure they have no negative records, have extensive experience cleaning homes, Airbnb properties and offices, and meet all necessary standards and qualifications.
