Checklist Questions and Photo Requests

Checklists can do more than list tasks. Ask your cleaner questions and request photos where it matters.

Request a photo

1. Open your checklist and a room.
2. Add a task, or open an existing one.
3. Turn on Request photos from cleaner. Your cleaner will need to add a photo to complete that task.

Ask a question

1. In a room, tap + > Ask a question.
2. Type your question, like “How full is the coffee supply?”
3. Pick an answer type: Yes / No, Good / Fair / Poor / N/A, Very Low / Low / Medium / Full / N/A or Text answer.
4. Tap Add.

Your cleaner answers each question with a picker or a text answer, depending on the answer type you chose. When the job is completed, you’ll see the answers with the before and after photos. See Your Cleaning Service Report.
