CleansterPro Payout Hold FAQ
Your payment may be on hold for several reasons, including:
• A new update on your background check.
• Frequent changes to your payout method.
• Incomplete tasks or a client-initiated hold on your payout.
• A report from your co-cleaner.
• Your account has been flagged for potential fraud.
• No default payout method is set up.
• Failure to upload before-and-after photos or follow the client’s checklist instructions.
The duration of the hold depends on the reason. Here are the standard timelines:
• Up to 30 days for:
• Incomplete tasks or a client-initiated hold.
• Reports from a co-cleaner.
• Failure to upload required photos or follow checklist instructions.
• Up to 90 days for:
• Fraud flagging on your account.
• Background check updates.
• 14 days for issues outside of these categories.
If your account has been flagged for fraud, it can take up to 90 days to investigate and resolve the issue. During this time, payouts will remain on hold.
If your co-cleaner has reported your account, the issue will typically be resolved within 30 days while our team investigates the situation.
Failure to upload the required photos or follow the client’s checklist instructions can result in a payout hold. These cases generally take up to 30 days to resolve once the necessary steps are completed.
To prevent payout delays, ensure that you:
• Keep your background check updated.
• Set a default payout method.
• Complete all tasks and upload the required photos.
• Follow the client’s checklist instructions closely.
• Avoid frequent changes to your payout method.
