How to Enter a Promo Code

Have a Cleanster promo code? Follow the steps below to apply it to your booking.

Before You Start

You need a Cleanster account to use a promo code. If you don’t have one yet, sign up first.
Referral codes are not promo codes. Please don’t enter a referral code in the promo code field – it won’t work there. Referral codes have their own redemption process.

Create your Cleanster account (if you haven’t already).
Log in and set up your booking as usual – choose your service, date, and details.

Continue through the booking flow until you reach the Checkout page.
Select Use Promo Code and enter your code.
Add a payment method before checking out (a card is required to complete the booking).
Complete your checkout – the promo code discount will be reflected in your total.

Yes – you can use a promo code and a Cleanster Voucher together on the same booking.

My code isn’t working. Double-check that you’re entering a promo code and not a referral code – referral codes can’t be used in the promo code field. Also make sure the code hasn’t expired.

Does my coupon expire before I can use my cleaning?”
No – the expiry date only refers to when the code must be applied at checkout. The cleaning itself can be scheduled for any date after that, even weeks later.
Can I apply the code now and book a cleaning for next month?”
Yes – as long as the code is entered and accepted during checkout before the expiry date, the actual service date can fall outside that window.
What happens if I try to apply the code after it expires?”
The system will reject it at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retroactively once the expiry date passes, regardless of when the cleaning is scheduled.
Can I apply a promo code to a cleaning I already booked?”

Do promo codes apply to recurring/subscription cleanings, or just the first one?”
