How to Redeem a Cleanster Voucher

Received a Cleanster voucher? Follow the steps below to apply it to your booking.

Before You Start

Your voucher is linked to the invitation you received. To activate it, you must first create a Cleanster account, then click the voucher link again or re-scan the QR code after registering. This attaches the voucher to your account.

Step 1: Register and Activate Your Voucher

1. Create your Cleanster account (if you haven’t already).
2. Once registered, click the voucher link again or scan the QR code again.
3. Your voucher is now attached to your account and ready to use.

Step 2: Start Your Booking

1. Set up your booking as usual – choose your service, date, and details.
2. Continue through the booking flow until you reach the Checkout page.

Step 3: Apply Your Voucher at Checkout

1. On the checkout page, tap Add Payment Method.
2. You will see your voucher listed as an available payment option.
3. Add your payment method (a card is still required to complete the booking).
4. Select the voucher, and it will be applied to your total.

That’s it – your voucher is redeemed and the discount is reflected in your booking total.

Can I Combine My Voucher With Other Discounts?

Yes – you can combine your voucher with one of the following:

• A voucher and a promo code, or
• A voucher and Cleanster Cash

Troubleshooting

• I don’t see my voucher at checkout. Make sure you clicked the voucher link or scanned the QR code again afterregistering your account. The voucher only attaches to your account once you’re registered.
