SaaS Subscription Service Policy
1. Introduction
This Subscription Service Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the subscription-based services (“Service”) provided by Cleanster through its platform, website, and/or mobile application. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
2. Subscription Tiers & Features
We offer subscription plans to accommodate different user needs:
- Basic Plan: 2.99/unit/ month
All plans are billed on a recurring basis and include customer support, access to our platform’s tools, and regular updates.
3. Subscription Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are available in the following durations:
- Monthly: Renews every 1 month
- Annually: Renews every 12 months
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4. Pricing
Prices for each subscription tier are listed on our website and in-app purchase screen. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and platform you use like Apple , Google or Windows
5. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial period for new users. If not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will auto-renew and charges will be applied.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are charged to your account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play, or credit card) at the time of purchase.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription via your account settings in the App Store, Google Play, or your account dashboard on our platform.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will remain available until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of the subscription period.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized purchases
- Billing errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. Please contact support with detailed information.
9. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
