How to Assign Your Favourite Cleaner

Found a cleaner you love? Assign your favourite cleaner to your booking and save them for the property.

1. On the booking card, tap the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the price.
2. Tap Assign Cleaner. (If someone is already assigned, tap Remove Cleaner first.)
3. On the Cleaners screen, tap Add Cleaner.
4. Search or scroll, then tap Add next to the cleaner you want.
5. Choose Yes to save them as a favourite for this property, or No.
6. New cleaners are added as Backup. Set Primary to Yes to make them your main cleaner.
7. Tap Assign next to the cleaner.

Good to know: A property can have one Primary cleaner and several Backup cleaners. Making someone Primary moves your previous Primary to Backup. Tap the trash icon to take a cleaner off the property’s list.
