How to Change Your Payout Method

Payouts go to the method you’ve set as default in CleansterPro. Supported options include bank, Venmo and PayPal. Some Canadian cleaners can receive payouts by Interac e-Transfer when that option is available in the app.

Add or change a payout method

1. Open CleansterPro and go to the Earnings tab.
2. Tap Payout Method.
3. Add a bank account, Venmo or PayPal (or Interac e-Transfer if shown for your account).
4. Set the method you want as the default.

When you’re paid: CleansterPro payouts are sent 14 days after each completed job, including tips less any relevant fees. See When do I get paid? for the full timing explanation.
