How to See Before and After Photos

Here’s how to check the before and after photos from your cleaner. Photos show you how the job went, and help us if there’s ever a question about the cleaning.

1. Go to Booking > PAST.
2. Tap ⋮ on the job.
3. Tap Photos to see everything your cleaner uploaded, or Checklist to see photos for each room under Images uploaded by cleaner.
4. Tap a photo to see it full size.

This page also has your cleaning reports, including the Cleaning Service Report, and your cleaner’s answers to any checklist questions.

Good to know: We email you a link to the photos. Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, so save any you want to keep.
