How to Connect a Smart Lock

Connect a smart lock so your cleaner can get in without a key handoff.

Connect your lock

1. In the Cleanster app, open Apps and tap the Smart Lock Access tab.
2. Find your lock brand and tap Connect, then follow the steps to sign in.

August Home, Schlage, Yale, Kwikset, Nuki, Lockly, Wyze, Tedee, Igloo Home, SmartThings, Google Nest, Ecobee, Brivo, Salto, 2N, 4SUITES, ASSA ABLOY Visionline Access, ASSA ABLOY Credential Service and Latch.

How your cleaner gets in

In their app, your cleaner sees Smart Locks Access on the property details screen, along with the address, photos and videos, parking and Wi-Fi details. They tap Access to open the door.
