Where to add access details

When you book an apartment or condo cleaning: use the notes and photos step (up to 500 characters) for building codes, lockbox details or parking.
After you book: tap Add Note on the booking card. You can attach photos too, like the lockbox location. Tap Update Note to change it.
Smart lock: connect it once from Apps > Smart Lock Access (tap Connect on your lock brand). See How to connect a smart lock.

Cleaners only see your general area until they’re booked, and access details stay hidden until they tap Arrived.

You don’t need to be home if your access instructions are clear.
