How to Switch Between Profiles

If you belong to more than one profile, like your own account and a company team, you can switch in a tap.

When you signed up at app.cleanster.com/signup, you chose what you want to do:

• Find cleaners (Marketplace) — book Cleanster cleaners for your properties.
• Work with my current cleaners (SaaS) — manage the cleaners you already work with in the Cleanster app.

Those choices show up as Marketplace or SaaS tags on each profile.

1. Tap your profile icon (top left of the Bookings screen).
2. Your current profile is at the top, tagged Marketplace or SaaS.
3. Under Switch Account, tap the profile you want.
4. Use Search if you have many profiles, or tap X to close.

Good to know: Bookings, checklists, receipts and team members belong to the profile you’re in. Can’t find a booking? Check you’re in the right profile.
