How to Tip a Cleaner

Happy with your cleaning? You can rate your cleaner and leave a tip in one go.

Tap Booking in the bottom menu, then the PAST tab.
On the completed job, tap Tip. The Rate & tip screen opens.
Tap the stars to rate your cleaner (1 to 5).
Pick a tip amount ($10, $15, $20 or $25), or tap Enter custom amount.
Leave use Cleanster Cash balance ticked to use your credit first, or untick it.
Check the payment method (tap it to change), then tap Pay.

Good to know: Want to rate without tipping? Leave the tip blank and tap SUBMIT. If your Cleanster Cash covers the whole tip, the total shows $0.00.

Need to change a rating or tip? Open the job’s receipt and tap HELP.
