What is Cleanster Cash?

Cleanster Cash is your in-app wallet for storing credit on your Cleanster account. It works like a balance you can build up and spend – you don’t need a separate card or payment method to use it. Cleanster Cash cannot be withdrawn or cashed out – it can only be used toward cleanings on the platform.

How can I use it?

Any credit in your Cleanster Cash wallet is automatically deducted to pay for cleanings, so you can book and pay straight from your balance instead of your card.

How does credit get added to my wallet?

Credit can be added to your Cleanster Cash wallet in a few ways:

• Refunds – if you’re owed money back on a booking, it’s credited to your wallet.
• Bonuses – promotional or referral bonuses are deposited as wallet credit.
• Monthly credit – any recurring monthly credit you’re entitled to is added automatically.
• Adjustments – if a booking needs a manual correction (an addition or a subtraction), we’ll adjust your wallet balance accordingly.

Can my balance go down for reasons other than a cleaning?

Yes. Besides being deducted when you pay for a cleaning, your balance can also be reduced by an adjustment – for example, correcting an earlier credit that was applied in error.

Can I withdraw Cleanster Cash?

No. Cleanster Cash is non-withdrawable – it stays in your wallet as credit and can only be applied toward future cleanings.
