How Do Referrals Work?

Here’s how referrals work. Give $25, get $25. When a friend completes their first booking with your code, you both get $25.

1. Tap Account in the bottom menu, then Refer a friend.
2. Your code is at the top of Invite Friends.
3. Tap Send Text to text it to a contact, or Send Email.
4. Tap View next to Your Referral History to see who’s joined.

Good to know: Seeing “Can’t access contact”? Tap Open Settings and allow Contacts for Cleanster, or use Send Email instead.

Your $25 is added to Cleanster Cash once your friend completes their first booking. You can use it at checkout or for tips.

For your friend

Your friend enters your referral code when they sign up or sign in. That step is only for referral codes, so they shouldn’t enter a voucher or promo code there.
