The Booking Fee, Explained

The booking fee is $3 per booking.

You’ll see it before you book as Service fee on your Booking Summary, and afterwards as Booking fee on your receipt. They’re the same $3 fee.

What the booking fee covers

The booking fee helps cover costs like third-party identity checks for the cleaners who use the Cleanster platform, and our customer support team.
