Recurring Cleaning Plans

Set it and forget it. Choose how often you want cleaning when you book.

Start a booking and choose your service.
On the property details screen, pick How Often: One Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Every 3 weeks or Monthly.
Finish booking as usual.

Change How Often on a plan

You can’t change How Often on the Rebook checkout. To change how often you get cleanings, go to Billing > Plan.

Skipping a visit

To skip one visit, reschedule or cancel it from the ⋮ menu before the date. Rescheduling is free. You can’t reschedule once your cleaner is On My Way, Arrived or Cleaning. If a booking is rescheduled more than 4 times, a $20 fee applies. Cancelling is free until 24 hours before your cleaning. If you cancel within 24 hours, there’s a $20 fee. If you cancel within 12 hours, the booking isn’t refunded.

Plan minimum and cancelling a plan

Plans (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly) have a minimum of 10 cleanings. If you cancel a plan before the 10th cleaning, there’s a $40 fee. After the 10th cleaning, cancelling your plan is free.
