Your Cleaning Service Report: Checklist and Photos

After each job, your Cleaning Service Report shows what was done, room by room.

Where to find it

All cleaning reports, including the Cleaning Service Report, are on the job’s before and after photos page. Your cleaner’s answers to any checklist questions are there too.

1. Go to Booking > PAST.
2. Tap ⋮ on the job and choose Photos.

Check the checklist, room by room

1. Tap ⋮ on the job and choose Checklist.
2. Each room or section shows its number of tasks. A green check mark means it’s done.
3. Tap a section to see each task and the Images uploaded by cleaner.

Need totals across jobs? The Summary Report at the top of PAST shows jobs completed, total hours and total cost.

Good to know: Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, so save any you want to keep.
