How to Share, Copy, Disable or Export a Checklist

Every option starts from the ⋮ next to a checklist on the Checklist screen (My tab).

Copy to a team

1. Tap ⋮ > Send a Copy.
2. Tap Select next to the team.
3. Tap Yes to confirm, then Okay.

Good to know: Teams that still show Accept invitation can’t be selected until you accept the invite.

Share with someone outside your account

1. Tap ⋮ > Share with Friends.
2. Enter their email and tap Send. They get a copy in their own account.

Disable or export

• Disable hides a checklist from the picker without deleting it.
• Export saves the checklist as a PDF.

Good to know: You can delete checklists you made. Cleanster’s House, Apartment and Chore templates can’t be changed or deleted, but you can duplicate them and edit your copy.
