How to Register with CleansterPro

CleansterPro is the cleaner app from Cleanster®. Use it to claim marketplace jobs and manage your own cleaning business. Clients book through the Cleanster app; cleaners work in CleansterPro.

Download and create your account

Download CleansterPro at onelink.to/cleansterpro (App Store or Google Play).
Tap Register and enter your email.
Add your name, a 4-digit PIN, home address and mobile number.
Tell us your years of experience, confirm you’re legally eligible to work, choose a t-shirt preference and how you commute. Add a referral code if you have one.

Background check and ID

You’ll complete a full background check through Checkr and ID verification through Veriff (government ID plus a selfie). Fees are $29.99 in the US or $14.99 in Canada (one-time, non-refundable); in the UK, the fee is shown in the app. See Background check and ID verification for accepted IDs, outside checks and review timing.

Finish activation

To unlock full access to claim jobs, complete activation:

Background check and ID verification
Add a payout method
Upload a professional profile photo
Verify your email

US tax forms: Cleaners in the US work as independent contractors (1099). You may be asked for a W-9; the IRS form is at irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.
