How to automate your cleaning with OwnerRez

The OwnerRez cleaning integration connects your OwnerRez account to Cleanster. If this is your first time using Cleanster.com, you are about to connect a single app to book cleanings with automatic assignments, delegation, and acceptance. No more waiting to see if your property will be ready for your next guest.

1. Tap Short-Term Rental, then Connect to PMS (see below). 

2. Click on “Connect to PMS” 

3.  Click on “Connect” on the right side of the OwnerRez Logo

4. You’ll be redirected to OwnerRez. Click Authorize Cleanster.com.

5.  Select the properties to add using the checkmark to the right of each address, or tap Select All to import them all.

6. Cleanster automatically imports the number of rooms and bathrooms, so you can review the estimated hours, adjust hours, supplies and wash & dry, and turn on auto-booking.

7. Tap Save, then go to Saved Addresses. You’ll see the OwnerRez logo next to the property.

Remember: there is an extra fee if you ask the cleaner to bring supplies and the supplies don’t include a vacuum, mop, or broom.  If you need help, email support@cleanster.com.
