How to Reschedule a Booking
Plans change. You can reschedule a booking to a new date and time in a few taps.
- On the booking card, tap the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the price.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Pick a new date and arrival window, then confirm.
Rescheduling rules
- Rescheduling is free.
- You can’t reschedule once your cleaner is On My Way, Arrived or Cleaning.
- If a booking is rescheduled more than 4 times, a $20 fee applies.
Arrival windows: most services use 8 AM to 8 PM. Short-term rentals aren’t limited to that window. See Arrival windows.
