I can’t contact my Pro

We want you to be able to connect with your Pro.

Here are some things to consider:

  • If your job is complete, you cannot reconnect with the cleaner but can connect with support. We are working to make that process seamless in the future.
  •  You can chat with your Pro from the Bookings tab/page of your Cleanster.com account.
  •  Pros may take a little while to respond while in transit or experience poor reception.
  •  If there’s something our customer experience team can help with, chat with us immediately. We aim to respond to urgent issues within minutes.

You can only chat with a cleaner within 24 hrs of the cleaning. If you have any important notes, kindly save them in your Note on the booking.
