When you book, you get an arrival window, not an exact time. Your cleaner arrives within that window.

• House, apartment and condo, office and common area, chores and handyman: the arrival window is 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Short-term rentals: not limited to that window, so you can fit cleanings around guest check-outs.
• Commercial spaces: can be booked for any time of day. You can add up to 100 cleaners, depending on the size of your space.

Track your cleaner

• Open your booking. The map shows your property (red pin) and your cleaner (blue dot) as they travel.
• The badge in the corner shows the estimated arrival time, and a route appears as they get close.
• The progress bar shows Sono in viaggio, Arrivato, Pulizia E Done.

Running late outside your window? Message your cleaner from the booking, or contact support. Our team checks in with cleaners before each job.
