How to Connect Hospitable to Cleanster

Set up the Hospitable cleaning integration once and bring in all your properties for automatic turnover bookings.

  1. In the Cleanster app, choose Short-Term Rentals.
  2. Tap the PMS icon and choose Connect to PMS.
  3. Tap Connect next to Hospitable.
  4. Log in with your Hospitable account.
  5. Review what Cleanster can see and tap Authorize.
  6. Tick the properties you want, or tap Select All, then tap Add.
  7. Review the rooms, bathrooms, suggested hours and start date. Set supplies, linens and Activate auto-booking. If the property is already saved, use Merge with existing address.
  8. Tap Save (or Save for later).

Good to know: With Activate auto-booking on, Cleanster books turnovers automatically from the start date. Check your settings before saving.
