How do I cancel my plan?

Sorry to see you go. Here’s how to cancel your cleaning plan.

Please go to Account> Billing > Plans > Cancel Plan to cancel your plan. 
For individual bookings: cancel for free up to 24 hours before your cleaning. Cancellations within 24 hours have a $20 fee, and cancellations within 12 hours aren’t refundable. Plans (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly) have a minimum of 10 cleanings. If you cancel your plan before your 10th cleaning, a $40 plan cancellation fee applies. After 10 cleanings, you can cancel your plan for free.

You can also pause your plan once a month, at no cost, so no new bookings are made that month.

Note: If you don’t pause your plan again, your bookings restart automatically. The usual cancellation rules then apply: a $20 fee within 24 hours, and no refund within 12 hours.
