How to Claim a Job

Once your CleansterPro account is activated, you can claim marketplace jobs near you. Jobs typically appear within about 30 miles of the address on your profile. To see a different area, update your address under More → Address.

Claim from My Task

1. Open CleansterPro and go to the My Task tab.
2. Review incoming jobs. Each card shows the property type, date and time, location and pay.
3. Tap the address to open maps, or message the client if you have a question.
4. Tap Accept to claim the job. You can optionally add it to your device calendar.

Claim from the Schedule calendar

1. Open the Schedule tab.
2. Open marketplace jobs from the calendar (look for available jobs on a day).
3. Tap a job to review the details, then tap Accept.

Good to know: Be on time, communicate with the client in the app, and follow the job checklist. Tips and approved expenses go to you through your payout method.
