How to Add an iCal Link to Import Bookings into Cleanster

If your listing platform or PMS doesn’t connect to Cleanster directly but can export an iCal link (a calendar feed of your bookings), you can still bring your stays into Cleanster.

Step 1: Get your iCal link

Export the iCal link from your listing platform or PMS. If your Airbnb listing is co-hosted, use the Airbnb iCal. Not sure where to find it? Ask your platform’s support team for the iCal export link.

Step 2: Add it in Cleanster

1. Open a booking for the property and tap Add iCal/PMS. The Connections screen opens.
2. Tap Add to calendar.
3. Paste your iCal link.
4. Leave Include blocked dates ticked if blocked dates should sync too, or untick it.
5. Tap Add.

Want Cleanster to book a turnover every time a guest checks out? Turn on the auto-book toggle at the top of Connections. It’s off by default, so check your property settings first.

No bookings at this property yet? You can still add an iCal link. Open Saved Address, tap ⋮ on the property, choose Modify, then Connections.
